For service and support I give Glowhost a 10/10 and I highly recommend them. It should also be noted that I started out on a custom package after talking with sales and eventually worked my way up to one of their normal plans so if you need a custom plan talk to them as they will probably be able to work with you. I've now got a few of my friends to switch who were put on a different server as me but have the same DNS information which meant nothing to me until one of them wanted their account switched to the same server as me. The cool part is that they didn't have to change their dns information at their registrar becauses they're all linked (no downtime in other words).
