Insight Global Celebrates Opening of 8th Grit Clinic in Kyenjojo, Africa

Insight Global is proud to announce the grand opening of its 8th GRIT clinic in Kyenjojo, Africa, bringing quality, sustainable healthcare to underserved communitites .  This milestone marks a significant step towards fulfilling our commitment made in 2022 to build 10 medical GRIT clinics by the end of 2025. 

The Kyenjojo clinic, originally built in 2021 through our partnership with OneWorld Health (OWH), has now expanded to include a maternity and inpatient ward. This expansion enhances the level of essential medical care available in the region, where access to quality healthcare is often limited. On average, patients walk 2.6 miles to reach a OWH clinic, and at Insight Global, we believe that where you are born should not limit your ability to receive essential and quality care. 

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that two more clinics are in progress and set to be completed by the end of 2025. 

Highlights of Insight Global’s partnership with OneWorld Health include: 

• Over 200,000 patients served across our 8 GRIT clinics and through community outreach service trips. 

• Over 1,400 jobs created in communities in Nicaragua, Uganda, and Honduras. 

• 660 babies delivered at IG x OWH clinics, with the Kyenjojo expansion providing opportunities for even more babies to be delivered with quality care. 

• Over $5 million donated to OWH to support their mission of providing quality healthcare in underserved communities.
