The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) brings together two of the nation’s premier harbors to form a single, integrated gateway for marine cargo. Our combined terminal facilities, carriers and ports of call provide unlimited options and flexibility for your supply chain.

We are the 4th largest container load center in North America. Strategically located in the NW corner of the US, we offer shorter transits from Asia, and are the first and last port of call for many transpacific services. We are the gateway to Alaska and Hawaii; more than 80% of trade between Alaska and the lower 48 states moves through our harbors. In addition to containers, we handle bulk, breakbulk and project/heavy-lift and automobiles.
