Portland, Oregon – July 18, 2016 – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Michael White, who joins the Trupp HR team as an HRO Manager. In this role, Michael will operate as a manager of the HR Business Partners and overall HR Outsourcing (HRO) client relationships. This role comes with the expected result of consistently delivering superior HR services and expertise while optimizing efficiency, salability, and profitability for our clients. Michael brings a valuable perspective to our team that extends across overall business operations. He has more than a decade of managerial experience and a career that includes contributing in operations and human resource roles.
Michael brings over 4 years of experience as an HR professional to accompany a full career of management and supervisory experience. In his most recent role, before coming to Trupp HR, he worked as a Senior HR Generalist in the food distribution industry. During that time period he ensured that facilities were in compliance with a range of policies, procedures, and employment laws. He also provided guidance, service, solutions, and training to management and all levels of employees. Michael will be able to consistently draw upon his wide range of expertise as he takes the lead on Trupp HR’s HRO offering.
