Press Release from Trüpp

Portland, Oregon – May 23, 2016  – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its new training workshop series, Management 2.0, designed to provide insight and techniques for managers and supervisors to increase employee development and engagement, leverage the skills and personal styles of their team, and encourage a culture of flexibility that empowers team members to thrive in times of change and development.

“Leaders who have honed in their management skills by incorporated tools from our Management 1.0 series will find this new series helpful for really understanding the strategies behind developing an engaged team,” explained Jean Roque, President and Founder of Trupp HR. “Successful business leaders will benefit from digging deeper with their teams, building a cohesive and adaptable workforce. Attendees can expect detailed and up-to-date content, useful tools to apply in the workplace, and real world examples. Our workshops are a combination of educational content, group discussions, and practical exercises; ultimately constructed to ensure attendees leave with a more effective strategic approach to management.

“We are thrilled to be introducing our second management series and truly believe these workshops will help managers progress to the the next level of management expertise,” said Zach Swanson, HR Business Partner and Workshop Presenter for Trupp HR. “Though this series is offered as a follow up to Management 1.0, we’ve built these versatile workshops to be independent of one another, providing individual takeaways. We want attendees to gain practical skills and tools that they can take away from each workshop. This series will focus on developing, engaging, shaping, and producing an adaptable team.”
