Nordstrom Rack to Open New Location in Knoxville, TN

SEATTLE, June 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Knoxville, TN in spring 2026.

The 30,000 square foot store will be located at Pinnacle Turkey Creek, a popular shopping center that includes PGA Tour Superstore, Marshall's , and Burlington. Pinnacle Turkey Creek is leased and managed by Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors and is located off I-40 and Lovell Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This new location expands the company's physical footprint and economic impact in Tennessee. It currently operates one Nordstrom store and four Nordstrom Rack stores in Tennessee, generating about 490 jobs statewide.
