NEW HIRE AT GRAND + BENEDICTS TRIMS DEVELOPMENT TIME

Portland, Ore. – Grand + Benedicts, a global retail fixture manufacturer, recently added more product development horsepower to its team. Mark Clemens brings over 30 years of interior architecture and fixture development expertise to the product development team, closing the gap between idea and finished product.

Clemens, who worked as vice president of product development at idX, will extend his expertise in store fixture trends, materials and manufacturing techniques to G+B's custom fixture programs. As former president of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI), Clemens will also expand the company's base of domestic woodworking vendors.

"Mark's background in product development and the woodworking industry is a big advantage to our customers," said President John Phillips. "Shaping ideas with a close eye on production can cut development time and generate cost efficiencies."
