The Grid, which is published by software review platform G2 Crowd, focuses on the top 12 recruiting software providers based on customer satisfaction ratings and vendor market presence. iCIMS qualified as a High Performer on the G2 Crowd Grid for Recruiting and was recognized for earning the highest overall customer satisfaction score.
“The disruptive force of technology has permanently changed the recruiting landscape. The fact that G2 Crowd conducts a report specifically on tools meant for talent acquisition is evidence of the focused innovation that is happening within the space,” said Susan Vitale, iCIMS Chief Marketing Officer. “We’re honored to receive High Performer status in G2 Crowd’s Grid for recruiting software. The reality is, outdated tools will no longer suffice for hiring companies. iCIMS is built for the modern world of recruiting where social, mobile, and video technologies are leveraged within one platform to help companies find, screen, and hire best-fit talent.”
G2 Crowd screened more than 75 software vendors and used social and other public data to develop the Grid, which highlights today’s best recruiting software. Satisfaction scores were based on customer reviews, market presence relative to company size, market share, and social media impact. In order to qualify for a top ranking, the software was required to be reviewed more than 10 times. Across the Grid iCIMS scored above average for performance and reliability, significantly higher than others in recruitment marketing, and outranked competitors in usability, set-up, maintenance, and support.
"Since implementing iCIMS my team is much more efficient. By leveraging the specialized recruiting tools through iCIMS we have been able to automate processes, enabling us to manage a high volume of applicants and a high number of vacancies seamlessly," said Tina Schmitt, PHR, CHCR; HR Recruitment Manager at Kennedy Krieger Institute. “We think of iCIMS as a key part of our recruiting strategy to quickly find, attract, and hire top talent.”
